It also details the options available to users in order to consult, use and modify their personal information. By using the websites of the User Service, you consent to our practices regarding the processing of data covered in this Confidentiality Policy. If you do not wish you consent to these practices, you must refrain from using the web sites or our User service.
Primeum takes data protection very seriously. The data we receive from our clients, or collect via our tools and websites, is considered as strictly confidential and is never shared with third parties.
In terms of our business needs, we retain only personal data which is strictly necessary for the calculation of variable pay. This data is protected from unauthorised access by state-of-the-art mechanisms (systematic encryption, access restriction, staff awareness and auditing procedures, intrusion testing, etc.)
We collect user activity data generated via the use of our tools. This data is destroyed after 6 (six) months. This data is used only to maintain applications and develop related solutions. This data is never communicated to parties outside Primeum.
Our tools use cookies in order to manage authentication and visibility rights, and only for this purpose.
For our European clients, our tools are hosted in Europe, using reputable suppliers guaranteeing the same level of confidentiality.
In the event that you do not wish to use our tools, we invite you to contact our department in charge of calculations and communications for incentive compensation.
We use navigation information in order to ensure the proper functioning of our websites and improve our services. We may also use this navigation information, alone or in combination with Personal Information, in order to offer you information on personalised Primeum services. We may also use your personal Information to send you marketing offers regarding our services, which are carefully selected and which we believe may be of interest to you. This information is destroyed after 3 (three) years.
Primeum uses cookies to analyse trends, administer the web site, monitor user movement on the website and collect socio-demographic information on our user base in its entirety.
